Pallet lifts
Move palletised loads between floors or conveyor elevations. Reciprocating and circulating arrangements serve different capacity and layout needs.
Warehouse Automation · Vertical Conveying
Move pallets, totes and cartons between floors automatically, supplied with a local team in Malaysia for product questions and after-sales support.
What we supply
TTF TECH supplies vertical logistics systems: vertical conveyors, lifts and their controls, which move goods between floor levels automatically. The range covers pallet lifts, continuous carton and tote conveyors, and units that carry an AGV with its load from one floor to another.
Challenges
In a multi-storey warehouse or factory, goods lifts and forklifts become the bottleneck between floors. A vertical conveyor moves loads up and down automatically and hands them to conveyors, AGVs or operators at each level.
Loads move between floors automatically, without an operator riding along.
Vertical transfer uses a small footprint on each floor.
Repetitive lifting between levels is automated.
Connects with ASRS, AGVs, shuttle systems, conveyors and WMS.
Options for cold storage, cleanroom and outdoor installation.
TTF TECH is your point of contact in Malaysia for product and after-sales questions.
Options
Vertical logistics moves pallets, cartons, totes or mobile robots between elevations. Start with the load and required flow, then select the lifting or conveying arrangement.
01
Move palletised loads between floors or conveyor elevations. Reciprocating and circulating arrangements serve different capacity and layout needs.
02
Connect picking, packing and storage areas. Continuous or reciprocating systems are selected around load stability, entry and exit positions, and required throughput.
03
Provide a transfer between levels for compatible mobile robot operations. Lift dimensions, payload, access control and robot communications require joint engineering.
Capabilities
Product range
Load capacity, speed and lift height are specified for each project.
| Type | Used for |
|---|---|
| Reciprocating pallet vertical conveyor | Lifting pallets between floors |
| AGV vertical conveying | Carrying an AGV or AMR with its load between floors |
| High-rise and high-speed vertical conveyor | Tall buildings and higher transfer rates |
| Pallet circulating vertical conveyor | Continuous pallet flow between levels |
| Outdoor and connecting-gallery vertical conveying | Transfer outdoors or between buildings |
| Pallet horizontal conveyor | Feeding pallets to and from the lift |
| Type | Used for |
|---|---|
| Light-duty continuous vertical conveyor, Z-type and C-type | Continuous flow of cartons and totes |
| Heavy-duty continuous vertical conveyor | Heavier cartons and unit loads |
| Rubber-chain continuous vertical conveyor | Continuous carton transfer |
| Reciprocating tote and box vertical conveyor | Totes and boxes between floors, including a high-speed tote version |
| Box horizontal conveyor | Feeding cartons to and from the lift |
Comparison
A goods lift moves loads in batches and needs someone to load, ride or wait for it. A vertical conveyor is part of the material flow: loads arrive, travel and leave automatically.
| Factor | Goods lift and forklift | Vertical conveyor |
|---|---|---|
| Operation | Operator loads and unloads each trip | Automatic infeed and outfeed |
| Flow | Batches, with waiting time | Continuous or automatic cycles |
| Link to other automation | Manual handover | Connects to conveyors, AGVs, ASRS and WMS |
| Labour | Operator needed per trip | No operator for routine transfers |
| Suited to | Occasional mixed loads | Regular, repeated transfers |
How it works
A pallet, tote or carton arrives by conveyor, AGV or forklift.
The controls or your WMS set the destination floor.
The carriage or continuous chain moves the load up or down.
The load transfers to the outfeed conveyor or AGV on the target floor.
The transfer is confirmed to the control system.
Configuration and software connection are specified per project with the equipment supplier.
Requirements
| Requirement | Selection considerations |
|---|---|
| Load | Pallet, carton, tote or robot; maximum weight, dimensions and stability |
| Flow | Required transfers per hour, travel height and number of stops |
| Connections | Conveyor heights, loading directions, openings and buffer space |
| Site | Structure, environment, access, guarding and applicable installation requirements |
Local support
TTF TECH supports equipment selection and coordinates with the relevant supplier and project partners. Structural work, electrical work, controls, installation and service responsibilities are confirmed within the project scope.
FAQ
It is an automated system of vertical conveyors, lifts and controls that moves goods between floor levels.
Yes. There are separate ranges for pallets and for totes and cartons.
Yes. It can connect with ASRS, AGVs, shuttle systems, conveyors and a WMS.
Manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, airports, cold storage, pharmaceuticals, automotive and distribution centres.
Each application has specific platform, transfer, load and control requirements. Select equipment for the intended load and duty, rather than assuming one lift covers every use.
Confirm transfer heights, conveyor or robot handovers, access control, guarding, emergency arrangements and building interfaces with the relevant project teams.
Yes. TTF TECH is based in Malaysia and is your local point of contact for product enquiries and after-sales support. The service scope is agreed for each project.
